Our solutions enable the storage of georeferenced cadastral data updated with information collected in situ (e.g., during inspections, incident recording, and project updates). Collecting and storing all asset information is fundamental for integrated risk management and efficient management of actions and recommendations.
The IoT instruments and sensors installed in the project allow the definition of alert or alarm limits, facilitating the issuance of notifications to project stakeholders. Emails are sent, warning of any detected risks in real time.
Combining in situ IoT monitoring with laser scanning techniques ensures precise results and movement detection over time. Monitoring through sensors combined with point cloud comparisons guarantees precision in results and movement detection
In situ inspections through photographic and visual records are examples of the services provided that complement our monitoring and management solutions. Digitalization using our platforms allows inspections and accident recording to be carried out on the spot and made immediately available to interested partners.
IoT sensors, automated instruments, laser scanning surveys, or satellite processing are some examples of integrated risk analysis performed. Integrating this information into our management platform allows the creation of risk maps and KPIs, facilitating the decision-making process.
Risk assessment for the network and individual asset. Based on the condition index calculation (unique and innovative systems developed by Level), all the assets are ranked according to its risk level using a quantitative and qualitative scale that varies from 1 to 5 and very low to very high risk, respectively. This identifies which assets requires urgent conservation works and indicate what type of work should be performed.
The financial analysis module uses the information of the annual budget for each road, concession or company and compares it with the already executed. This sections is divided by different actions, such as inspections, registration of readings, maintenance or conservation works and other. This feature compares the year budget values with the executed ones on the same time period and the information is shown in an interactive and graphic way.
Centralization of information and standardization of processes simplifies integration and access to information using an online approach, such as the registration of inspections and incidents. This feature enables more effective and optimized management of assets, real-time tasks and resources management and, consequently, maximize the operational processes and minimize the global costs. Based on real-time field information a set of alerts and notifications are sent helping the decision maker and minimizing the asset risk.
Level-ams uses a qualitative and quantitative classification of the asset through a condition index developed in an academic scope and published in an international scientific journal. This condition index, uses several factors and parameters that are directly and indirectly related with the asset stability. It allows obtain the risk levels of the asset network and identify which ones needs an effective monitoring system or conservation and maintenance actions. It's important to highlight that this condition index can be adapted to different each company network reality (geographically, meteorologically and geologically).
Level-ams provides a life cycle assessment using historical data and includes the development of asset degradation models based on Markovian models. Automatic reports of the most relevant analytics are created and reported.
Level-ams dashboard content can be customized and adapted to each customer. The goal is to show the most relevant analytical information of the asset network, such as the assets condition, total and type of performed inspections, highlight the most severe inspections results, type and the most sever recorded incidents, among others.
LevelAMS (Asset Management Software): Designed for the management and risk assessment of geotechnical assets, including retaining walls and slopes. The solution includes mobile platforms for inspection and incident recording, interactive risk maps, KPI definition, and risk and financial management models.
Level Sensing: Our 24/7 remote monitoring platform can be used to monitor works or infrastructures in real time, from short to long term. It aggregates various types of sensors, which can be automatic or manually read, and summarizes the project's status clearly and visually.
Level is startup of dstgroup that provides specialized services on the geotechnical area. With the fast growing of transport infrastructures complex networks of walls and slopes are being created at a very fast pace and they need to be rationally managed in order to reduce the risk of accidents and to more efficiently program intervention plans. Level was born out of a strong desire to transfer and implement the knowledge generated in universities on the theme of asset management, with research and development being part of our DNA. At Level we work every day to find out, develop and improve our solutions allowing ourselves to be dreaming, creative and explorers without fear of challenging the concept that is still unknown. The Level team is composed by PhD elements, with high-qualified experience in Geotechnical and Structures Engineering, and in particular of geotechnical asset management.
